To utilize booking, listing, or subscription functionalities, you must create a verified UrbanSettle account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.

Daily, weekly, and monthly homestyle lunches and dinners with pure vegetarian, non-veg, and Jain dietary filters.
Co-working desks, private offices, and retail spaces verified for zoning and commercial lease agreements.
UrbanSettle strives to ensure high listing reliability through physical verification audits, user reviews, and algorithmic matching, while facilitating direct contracts between tenants, owners, and providers.
To maintain trust, transparency, and safety across our community, each user group agrees to defined rights and obligations:

- Strict prohibition on unauthorized subletting, assignment, or unauthorized permanent occupants.
- Ensure complete truth in advertising regarding room sizes, furnishings, and amenities (power backup, RO water, Wi-Fi).

Reservations and culinary subscriptions operate through clear transactional protocols:
Accommodation Bookings
Tenants submit booking inquiries specifying move-in dates and occupancy duration. Hosts have 24 hours to review and accept. Once accepted and the token/advance deposit is paid through UrbanSettle, the room is locked and removed from public search inventory.
Tiffin Orders & Subscriptions
Meal subscriptions can be initiated for 7, 15, or 30 days. To enable kitchen prep, lunch orders/modifications must be submitted before 9:00 AM and dinner orders before 4:00 PM. Tenants can pause deliveries at any time before cutoff; paused meals are automatically credited to extend the active plan without penalty.
All payments on UrbanSettle are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators:
- > 7 days prior to check-in: Full refund (less gateway processing fees).
- 48 hours to 7 days prior: Partial token refund.
- < 48 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable.
Subscribers can cancel with 48 hours notice. Unconsumed meals are refunded on a pro-rata basis to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
Platform offerings must satisfy stringent ground service rules:
- Habitability & Utility Maintenance: Hosts must provide continuous electricity, potable RO drinking water, functional plumbing, and safe electrical wiring. Deficiencies reported by tenants must be resolved within 24 hours.
- Kitchen Hygiene & Allergen Warnings: Tiffin meals must be packaged in food-grade, leak-proof containers. Providers must explicitly notify customers if food is prepared in facilities handling common allergens (peanuts, dairy, gluten).
- Commercial Zoning & Permitted Uses: Commercial office spaces and co-working desks must possess valid commercial municipal clearances, fire safety approvals, and adhere to local shop and establishment laws.
Verification is the core value proposition of UrbanSettle. All listings undergo strict oversight:
Listings bearing the UrbanSettle “Verified” badge have passed in-person field audits verifying photo accuracy, utility reliability, and host title/lease proof. UrbanSettle reserves the right to conduct unannounced spot audits and revoke verification badges if standards deteriorate.
